Bridebook Dashboards - User Research
Bridebook, the UK's number 1 wedding planning app was looking to reduce venue churn. I helped conduct user research to understand how Bridebook could improve their B2B dashboard, in order to improve satisfaction of and value perception of their venue partners.
Sainsbury's Substitutions - App redesign
I worked with leading UK supermarket Sainsbury’s on a project to improve the customer experience of receiving product substitutions in Home Deliveries and Click & Collect. Our app redesign added an element of personalisation to the substitution experience, allowing customisation according to metrics like price and nutrition with the aim to increase substitution acceptance for Sainsbury’s customers.
